So casting the sides worked OK.
Since this material is so brittle, I need to
give it a lot of support. That was easily
done with this poplar wood structure
that is simply glued in place.

This was a milestone for me...
A bottom case cast from
silicone molds. I had a label
printed at a graphics shop. It
is just laying in place for a
quick photo. I still have work
to finish the casting to look like
hard rubber.
